What is very appealing to me about these minted cookies is that the mint is all around the cookies instead of containing it in the usual hidden centre. I enjoy the after taste of this minty cookies, very much like menthol pops in my mouth, cool and refreshing. The best time to eat this is really when alone at night in the woods, very cool feeling.
